Trump made it look easy on TV
But in reality, it is not that easy.
It’s one of the worst thing that you have to do as a manager when you have to fire someone.
It doesn’t really matter whether you think they deserve it or not, it is still bad.
Because you are dealing with people, you are dealing with someone else’s life
You are basically causing a big change in their life
Is there any good way how to do it?
If there is, I didn’t discover it during my corporate time
Every time I have to do it, it was very challenging. Some harder than others
Of all the things that a manager has to do, for me, this one is definitely the worst one
