CAB 16. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of 2023

Dear friends,

I apologise for not being able to keep up with my promise of delivering my newsletter every 2 weeks recently. Things got a bit hectic with the end of year closing.

Although I keep a high standard of work, every now and again I am not able to meet my target. I am a normal human being after all 😊

So for this edition, it is about looking back at what happened in 2023.

It is important to do this to appreciate and have a sense of gratitude over what you have achieved this year. With the fast pace of things, it’s easy sometimes to forget about what remarkable things you have achieved in the last 12 months.

It is also important to reflect and not to forget about what didn’t go so well in the last 12 months in order to understand what we can do better next time

What’s the best way to do the reflections?

It’s up to you really. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
