Is job hopping a good idea?
Based on my 20 years corporate experience, I would advice don’t do it because you might be labeled as not dependable. Someone who can caput and leave the company at anytime
But then as things are changing anyway and jobs are also not secured anymore, you can argue that employer are also not dependable anymore.
You can get fired anytime. There is no much job security. It doesn’t exist.
So maybe it is not such a bad idea after all to job hop.
Because every time when you job hop, if you negotiate well, you can get a big salary increment
But before you decide to make that job hop, jangan lupa ya, grass is not always greener on the other side
