I helped someone get a 22% salary increment recently

She’s been in my Doktor Az community for quite some time now

So when she got a new job recently she asked me for some advice about salary negotiation

I told her that yes yes yes you must negotiate your salary with the new employer. 

Never ask never get

The first offer that she got was a 16% increase compact to her current role

So she asked for a 30% increase

Which is reasonable because when you move job, yes you expect about 20 to 30% increase

She didn’t get the 30% increase. Tak dapat 

But they did increase the offer to 22%

So there you go, an additional 6% increase from the first offer

I always advise people to negotiate their salary package

Because if you never ask, you never get
