World happiest country is Finland.

Number 2 is Denmark and number 3 is Iceland

Malaysia is……number 64

So warm weather, nasi lemak and beautiful islands is not enough to guarantee happinezz. Maybe it’s the traffic jam that pulled us down the ranking.

Finland is very very cold so how come they are all happy? I dont understand

I did some google search on the topic and this is what I found

Apparently over there in Finland, work life balance is prioritized.

Their working hours are reasonable so they have more time for personal time

They also have a lot of access to nature - forest, lake, seaside and mountains. So people do a lot of outdoor activities in their spare time

And in Finland, its not actually about happinezz, its more about being content. Satisfied with the things in their life.

So do we have to go to Finland to be happy?

No la, we don’t

We can do all that too in Malaysia

We can prioritise work-life balance if we want to.

We also have access to beautiful nature so we can enjoy nature more

An of course we can also be more contented with what we have

Shall we push Malaysia up the ranking?

At least we must be more better than Singapore (no 34) kan?
